Trimspa review

Welcome to low carb menus trimspa review.

TrimSpa

General impressions:

Trimspa is a pretty impressive fat burner. Trimspa is a popular fat burner made by NutrAmerica. There are actually 3 formulations of Trimspa but in my opinion, the original version is the best so we'll be reviewing that formulation in the trimspa review.

Who's it designed for?

Trimspa is a perfect fat burner that will help just about anyone lose those unwanted pounds. It's unique blend is
both effective and powerful.

What's in it?

The active ingredients in Trimspa are ma haung, white willow bark, guarana, and cola nut. These ingredients are often referred to as ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin or ECA stack. Studies have shown when combined, ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin are an effective fat burner. For the sake of this trimspa review, I will concentrate on the effective ingredients known to reduce bodyfat.

Ma haung

Although considered a relatively new supplement, ephedrine has been actually been used in Chinese medecine for thousands of years. It has been gaining popularity, especially by bodybuilders because of it's great fat burning abilites - especially when combined with aspirin and caffeine.

Ephedrine is naturally occuring and is found in the familiar Chinese herb, ma haung. In low doses ephedrine produces effects similar to adrenaline and methamphetamines, including the sense of well being and high energy levels. Yet in high dosages, ephedrine can raise blood pressure, increase heart rate, and in some extreme cases lead to stroke.

Research over the last 10 years seems to confirm that ephedrine speeds up the rate at which stored fat is converted into heat energy. In one study performed at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark, obese women were given 20 milligrams of ephedrine with 200 milligrams of caffeine three time a day. They were also kept on a low fat, low calorie diet. The results were somehwhat amazing. The diet only group lost 8.6 pounds of muscle and 9.9 pounds of fat. The ephedine group lost 2.4 pounds of lean tissue (muscle) while losing a19.8 pounds of fat.

Because of the effects of ephedrine and the studies associated with the compound, that the marketing of numerous over the counter supplements with ephedrine as the main ingredient has flooded the market for battling obesity. A word of caution, take ephedrine in measured dosages and stick to the lable directions.

White willow bark

Aspirin

Perhaps the most familiar of all painkillers, it has been shown to work at effectively burning fat when combined with
ephedrine and caffeine.

Aspirin has become popular in the treatment of heart disease. Numerous studies suggest taking one Aspirin tablet a day can greatly reduce the risk of heart attack or stroke.

The white willow bark is related chemically to aspirin and is usually the active ingredient in most fat burning supplements using aspirin. It is recommended that you combine aspirin with ephedrine and caffeine for optimal fat burning effects.

Guarana

Caffeine

Guarana is made from the ground up seeds of an Amazonian Jungle shrub. This powder is brewed the same as coffee. Guarana contains more caffeine than coffee, and is often available in health food stores.

Cola nuts

Caffeine

These seeds are from the cola tree. They contain caffeine and are chewed for their stimulating effect. The nuts have a bitter and aromatic taste.

Overall

Trimspa is an effective and powerful fat burner. They have included just about every ingredient that has been shown to
help in weight loss. No stone has been left unturned with Trimspa. This product will work. Trimspa review gives this a solid A.

Grade
