Stacker 2 review

Welcome to low carb menus stacker 2 review.

General impressions:

Stacker 2 is a simple formulation designed to help you burn unwanted bodyfat. The formulation is made up of three active ingredients, ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin (ECA stack). To be honest, there is nothing amazing about this formula since bodybuilders have been using this combination for ages.

The combination of ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin have been proven to work but up until recently, ephedrine has come into the spotlight as being a supplement that may have some side effects. I would caution anyone who takes ephedrine to ensure that you take the supplement in measured dosages and keep to the label directions. Do not be fooled into thinking more is better with this supplement because it's not.

With that beings said, Stacker 2 is a potent fat burner and should be used according to the directions.

Who's it designed for?

I'm going to be honest, Stacker 2 is potent and will bump your body into overtime with regards to your bodies internal
metabolism. If you are a beginner to fat burners, make sure you stick to the label directions.

What's in it?

As I mentioned earlier, Stacker 2 has three active ingredients, ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin. Let's take a look at some of the active ingredients.

Ephedrine

Although considered a relatively new supplement, ephedrine has been actually been used in Chinese medecine for thousands of years. It has been gaining popularity, especially by bodybuilders because of it's great fat burning abilites - especially when combined with aspirin and caffeine.

Ephedrine is naturally occuring and is found in the familiar Chinese herb, ma haung. In low doses ephedrine produces effects similar to adrenaline and methamphetamines, including the sense of well being and high energy levels. Yet in high dosages, ephedrine can raise blood pressure, increase heart rate, and in some extreme cases lead to stroke.

Research over the last 10 years seems to confirm that ephedrine speeds up the rate at which stored fat is converted into heat energy. In one study performed at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark, obese women were given 20 milligrams of ephedrine with 200 milligrams of caffeine three time a day. They were also kept on a low fat, low calorie diet. The results were somehwhat amazing. The diet only group lost 8.6 pounds of muscle and 9.9 pounds of fat. The ephedine group lost 2.4 pounds of lean tissue (muscle) while losing a19.8 pounds of fat.

Because of the effects of ephedrine and the studies associated with the compound, that the marketing of numerous over the counter supplements with ephedrine as the main ingredient has flooded the market for battling obesity. A word of caution, take ephedrine in measured dosages and stick to the lable directions.

Caffeine

The effects of caffeine vary from one person to another. For some, 125 milligrams of caffeine makes them nervous, jittery and even produces insomnia. For others, they need 300 milligrams just to wake up.

The effect of caffeine is to stimulate the central nervous system. In doing so caffeine produces a host of physiological effects. It speeds up the heart rate, increases stomach acid, and works as a diuretic. OVer the last twenty years, caffeine has become a popular diet aid because it speeds up the rate at which the resting body burns energy.

Aspirin

Perhaps the most familiar of all painkillers, it has been shown to work at effectively burning fat when combined with
ephedrine and caffeine.

Aspirin has become popular in the treatment of heart disease. Numerous studies suggest taking one Aspirin tablet a day can greatly reduce the risk of heart attack or stroke.

The white willow bark is related chemically to aspirin and is usually the active ingredient in most fat burning supplements using aspirin. It is recommended that you combine aspirin with ephedrine and caffeine for optimal fat burning effects.

Overall

Stacker 2 is very powerful and should be used with caution. I would recommend you check with your physician before
taking any epedrine based products. If taken according to label directions and in low doses, Stacker 2 can definetely
help burn unwanted body fat.
