What to expect

You already have the basic tools you will need to achieve great results for a lifetime. If you've got a body, a good mind, and the desire to take action, then you are halfway there. The most important thing is to take action. It's one thing to sit there and think of exercising but it's whole different ball of wax getting into the gym.

It's important to note that results do not come overnight. If you are consistent with your diet and exercise, you can expect to see results in a couple of months. Don't get too upset because the body takes time to change but once it does, you'll notice right away. Your energy levels will increase, your muscles will feel stronger and firmer. Just remember that it takes a little time.

What I'm about to present to you are four different body shaping routines.

The first routine is a basic at home exercise routine that is made for complete beginners. This routine is simple yet effective. It is designed to create some inner body awareness and start to train your body for exercise.

The second routine is more of a intermediate routine you can follow at home and it is designed to start training your
body more for shaping.

The third routine is an at home routine that is more advanced. The routines are home based and use your body weight for resistance.

The fourth routine is an introduction to weight training. Weight resistance exercise is quite effective at burning body
fat and shaping your body.
